Manager, Account Services

Top-ranked Global Corporation has an immediate need for an experienced and motivating Manager to lead a regional Account Management team as they service and maintain an existing client base.  The ideal candidate will have at least five years supervisory experience in account management or customer service.

 

Major responsibilities include but are not limited to:Establish, supervise, and consistently exceed department goals and objectives.Interview and select staff for Account Management team; motivate, mentor, and coach Account Management team; meet individually with staff to develop written goals and objectives, training, performance management, and career development; conduct regular department meetings to review performance and obtain feedback; administer HR policies, disciplinary action, rewards and recognition, conduct annual performance reviews.Gather and report competitor and marketing information; participate in industry associations to enhance presence.Assist Account Managers with servicing and maintaining existing clients, deliver presentations, participate in negotiations; monitor accounts and ensure customer needs are met; research and respond to escalated matters with customers.Identify revenue opportunities and revive inactive accountsReview and audit monthly reports, communicate results; assist with budget development and revenue forecast; attend district meetings and interface with appropriate departments.
