MRO Purchasing Manager

Position:  MRO Purchasing Manager (Indirect Materials &Services, i.e. hotels, cars, tools, services, machines etc.)
Reports to:  VP Purchasing
Location:  Southeastern WI


Responsibilities: 
Lead the purchasing activities in this HIGH PROFILE POSITION leveraging all non-production parts / indirect commodities and services overseeing a budget of $50MM.  Work closely with management, customers, purchasing professionals and suppliers formulating exciting global strategies for supplier selection, development and management.


Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree; Master's degree preferred
Minimum 5 years experience in strategic sourcing, manufacturing or industrial
Minimum 2 years in a purchasing MANAGEMENT role
Great strategic supply chain experience.  Experience leading global sourcing teams and development of processes
Broad MRO experience
Project Management skills
Microsoft Office Tools
Demonstrated results in cost reduction, negotiation skills, strategic thinker.
