Dynamic opening for a Business Center Representative at a world-class business hotel near Mobile, AL. 

You’ll be providing administrative services to Hotel guests in the Business Center, staffed and operated by Audio Visual Innovations.

We are growing again and seek an experienced Business Center Rep. for our 1st-class premier hotel in Point Clear, AL.

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

-  Communicate with guests, courteously and with friendly interaction.

-  Maintain highest standards of professionalism

-  Provide administrative and business services: copiers, printers, faxes, PC assistance.

-  Operate, maintain, adjust, & troubleshoot all office machines, equipment and technology.

-  Handle cash and credit card transactions; interact with AVI’s billing procedures.

-  Other duties as needed, including assistance with audio visual equipment set-ups and tear-downs.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:

-  Two + years Administrative Assistant experience preferred

-  Verifiable customer service / public contact experience is a plus

-  PC Proficiency --- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office should be good friends.

-  Experience and proficiency with the full array of today’s office equipment; type 30 wpm+

-  Working experience with PDA’s, WiFi, Wireless email devices (ex: Blackberry®), cell phones and other personal electronics would be golden!

-  Prior experience that shows ability to work independently, be detail-oriented, & solution-oriented.
