Job Description:

Position reports directly to the Vice President of Corporate Facilities.
Audits preventative Maintenance program at divisional locations.
Review effectiveness of preventative maintenance program at divisional locations.
Documents all audit discrepancies and distributes to all required personnel.
Make recommendations that lead to resolution of audit findings.
Tracks progress of all outstanding audit issues to ensure acceptable completion.
Develops and maintains proactive communication with supported locations and managers.
Define inspection requirements and procedures.
Assess current facility condition and provides information regarding future capital expenditure repairs.
Must be efficient in time management with minimal supervision.
This position requires someone who has strong oral and written communication skills.

Job Responsibilities: The Facilities Coordinator Senior is responsible for directing a preventative maintenance program in support of over 900 facilities throughout the US and Canada. Identification of future maintenance needs. The person in this position is expected to be able to handle field and office work with minimal guidance and supervision requirements. Must possess excellent communications written and verbal. Should have computer skills to complete work assignments.

75% travel required.

Position reports to Corporate in New York, but could be located in the Mid-West, or West Coast.

AS degree required BS preferred civil, mechanical engineering, maintenance engineering technology, construction management with 5 + years of experience in facilities preventative maintenance procedures
