Entry Level Professionals - Manager Trainee Position Available

 

EBC is a privately owned and operated outsource marketing firm.  Since opening our doors less than 2 years ago we have grown enough to expand into Minneapolis, MN in November 2006.  We are currently offering positions at the entry level for sales and marketing.  All positions are available in Metro Milwaukee, and we are looking to fill 4 new positions .  All Account Managers are compensated by salary and commissions.

 

We are an organization that will be expanding to 6 locations over the next 12 months and need new managers to be cross trained in sales & marketing, HR, and administration over the next 8-12 months to fulfill our needs.  This is only the beginning.  We forecast that this will be our best year ever.  Other companies talk about offering growth and expansion, but we have the numbers and track record to prove it.  Our formula for growth is simple yet extremely effective.  Work with only the best companies in their respective industries and make the growth and development of our employees our top priority.

 

We are currently offering positions at the ENTRY LEVEL for sales & marketing as well as MANAGEMENT TRAINING for the right candidates.  We emphasize entry level in that we are looking for candidates that are new to the workforce or have work experience but are willing to start at the bottom in order to learn a new industry.  Entry level reps should expect to work extremely hard.  As hard work is the foundation of our company and our marketing strategy.

 

The following is a DETAILED list of responsibilities as an entry level account rep:

 

n  Prospecting new business consumers at a face to face level

n  Reporting marketing info. and data back to the client

n  Making marketing and sales presentations

n  Retaining existing accounts

n  Working with existing clients to maintain and develop long term relationships

n  Face to face sales of services to new business prospects
