Data Entry Supervisor

CPG specializes in worldwide consumer and business-to-business promotion services including rebate/cash back program management, contest/sweepstakes administration, premium program administration and fulfillment and business-to-business trade incentives.

 

We are looking for an outgoing and friendly Data Entry Supervisor to work in a fun, fast paced environment.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. (Other duties may be assigned and these duties may be modified or eliminated from time to time.)

 

Develop and direct workforce to meet all business goals, including mail throughput, quality, cost, safety and compliance.

 

Align team resources and responsibilities to ensure production demands are met.

 

Initiate and drive improvements in data entry quality and implement proactive quality improvement initiatives.

 

Monitor and improve productivity in all process areas.

 

Assure training requirements are adequate and sufficient, including contractor data entry and in-house data entry.  Improve training and implement re-training as required.

 

Interface with data processing for successful promotion launch.  Resolve issues and initiate change up front for successful launch and efficient accurate data entry.

 

Ownership of contractor and in-house data entry resource capacity to meet mail volumes as well as customer expectations of turn time.

 

Proactive leadership of improvement initiatives and implementation of changes.

 

Works globally with counterparts in International CPG facilities to identify and implement best practices.



 



SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing and hiring employees with the assistance of Human Resources; training, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
