Lead Territory Supervisor - Bilingual required

J&J Janitor Service is looking for a proven leader that can assist in our company growth. We have been in the Valley for 46 years and have an excellent reputation in servicing our commercial customers. We are hiring a Lead Territory Supervisor whose primary responsibility will be the management of all of our Phoenix-based field operations. Multiple janitorial crews and commercial buildings to be managed. Must have excellent people skills with a customer service background. You will be the primary contact for our largest commercial accounts and will directly address all customer needs and ensure company standards are met.

 

Our services include general cleaning and maintenance, including carpet and tile flooring, as well as waste disposal and construction clean-up for our customers.

 

Compensation will be based on your experience and will consist of your salary, as well as additional benefits, including a company-provided vehicle, vacation pay after 1 year, and health benefits after 90 days.

 

Only bilingual candidates will be considered. You must be fluent in English and Spanish to be considered for this position.
