Excellent opportunity with a secure, highly profitable and expanding multinational medical device manufacturing corporation.  This organization seeks a Vice President of Manufacturing ( Similar to a Plant Manager Role ) for their location in South Carolina.  Relocation Package & Temporary Furnished Housing is included.  Realistic room for advancement within this corporation, no doubt.  The person hired MUST have a 4-year college degree with an Engineering RelatedDegree Major. Candidates should have experience within an FDA regulated manufacturing environment. This individual must demonstrate obvious enthusiasm and excellent communication skills during the initial phone interview and have the ability to effectively manage and motivate others in a team oriented & collaborative management style.  This corporation has a very Team-Oriented atmosphere. 

 

SALARY:$100,000 to $120,000

ANNUAL BONUS:  $30,000 to $35,000

SIGN-ON BONUS: NEGOTIABLE

Requirements (your resume must show these):

 

-Experience in an FDA regulated environment (Food or Beverage, Medical Products, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Over The Counter Pharmaceutical Products etc.), our client will only consider candidates with this experience.

-BA or BS degree required with an Engineering Related Degree Major, our client will only consider candidates with an engineering related degree.

-Experience managing or supervising others







-Experience in a high-speed, high-volume automated manufacturing environment.

-Experience with high-speed, high-volume manufacturing (automated environment)

-A track record of excellence and 'being above the rest!'







-Strong computer skills



-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

-MUST demonstrate clear enthusiasm
