Quality Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced quality technician. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Conduct line checks and lab checks.
Record data on forms provided.
Complete destructive and non-destructive testing.
Complete sampling of bottle components.
Reject non conforming items.
Performing required incoming inspections.
Ensure correct bottle and unit orientation.
Ensure correct scrap recovery procedures are followed.
Coordinate with other quality, conversion, and logistics personnel.
Maintain computer data files.
Provide required support to conversion in any aspect of conformance to requirements.
0bserving all local and Company safety policies and procedures, as well as, housekeeping requirements.


Requirements:
1. Team oriented.
2. Must possess strong verbal and communication skills.
3. Must possess basic mathematical skills.
4. Must be self-motivated.
5. Must have flexibility of job assignment.
6. Associates Degree or 3 years of prior work experience in a quality or customer relations capacity.
