SECURITY STAFF SCHEDULER

 

Nagy Protection Services is currently hiring for a Staff Scheduler.  You will work under limited supervision and will be responsible for the day to day scheduling of all field officers per client requests and in accordance with vacant positions; working in conjunction with the designated Field Supervisors and Account mangers. 

 

Hours are between 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday-Friday. We offer a competitive base salary plus a bonus program. We offer a competitive benefits package, which include medical, dental, holiday time off, and paid vacation.

 

Qualified candidates for our Scheduler must possess the following:Experience in a customer service environment Proficient with computer Self-motivation Positive attitude Ability to set and achieve goals Ability and willingness to learn

 

Some of Your Duties and Responsibilities:

 Coordinate scheduling with employees and account managers Prepare schedules for accounts with the assigned managers Input and staff all received work orders from clients Schedule time off requests for employees Update employee roster Report any openings to HR Assist with dispatch and reception duties Maintain all employee scheduled and worked hours in Winteam scheduling software Record all tardy and absents in Winteam software.
