We are looking for the right candidate who can offer #1 Customer Service while being able to oversee a premier client location.

 

This position is responsible for directing, coordinating and overseeing all activities of the onsite Security staff, including all supervisory, training and operations functions at the assigned post in accordance with post orders and client instructions, and following all internal procedures.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Those duties necessary to meet the minimum requirements of the position.  Under the direction of the Branch Manager, this position coordinates all aspects (technical and managerial) of executing the security contract at the assigned location.  Assigns work tasks to Assistant Security Director (if applicable) and Security Professionals, and directs their work throughout the day. Responsible for supervising, motivating, coaching and training employees. May also be responsible for scheduling and payroll coordination at assigned site based on size and post requirements, including pay and invoice reconciliation.Conduct interviews, make recommendations for placement of Security Professionals, and execute site-specific orientations including review of Post Orders, routine responsibilities, and how to respond to emergency situations or specific clients needs.  Also directly responsible for ensuring all training modules and tests are administered according to Company guidelines.  This position is the first direct supervisory contact for shift supervisors or for Security Professionals, regarding performance, operations, emergency response activities, and department needs. Responsible for evaluating the work performance of Security Professionals and making recommendations regarding assignments.Responsible for making sure that the Post Order Manual and all other post, training information, and fire/life/safety documents are being properly maintained and updated, and that the Post is being properly maintained, cleaned and organized.Monitor radio traffic at post to ensure proper and timely security response.Respond to minor incidents (internal to Security Professionals and/or external to client location) that occur, ensuring appropriate action is taken, all reports are properly completed, and appropriate parties are notified in a timely manner.  Identify any personnel problems occurring at posts, such as payroll issues, employee relations complaints or other concerns, and work to resolve as appropriate, or forward to Field Manager and/or Branch/Operations Manager as appropriate.  May be responsible for writing a report of the situation or assisting with an investigation, as directed by Branch Manager.Responsible for making recommendations for counseling and/or disciplinary action, including termination.  May be responsible for administering counseling or disciplinary actions.Distribute communications and other information to Security Professionals at post as directed.Respond to client or site emergencies as they arise, including ensuring appropriate communication to Field Manager, Branch and/or Regional Manager.
