The strong Loss Prevention Specialist candidate for this entry-level, hourly position must be a team-player, able to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Challenging responsibilities include preventing and detecting internal and external theft, promoting effective loss prevention methods to store associates, and ensuring safety procedures are followed. Must be an excellent communicator, with a solid grasp of the skills to provide world-class customer service. High school graduate, preferably criminal justice education and one year loss prevention or security experience. Must be a problem-solver and solution-finder.
