TITLE:  LOSS PREVENTION AGENT  

 

LOCATION: Phoenix Metro Area

 

REPORTS TO:  LOSS PREVENTION DISTRICT SUPERVISOR  

 

REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent (must provide documentation at time of hire); nineteen (19) years of age or older; must submit to and pass a drug screen; must submit to a complete and pass a criminal and Social Security background check;  must have open availability, to include days, nights, weekends and holidays. Reliable transportation and insurance

required.



 

RESPONSIBILITIES: To identify and apprehend shoplifters. Must be able to walk the sales floor for an 8-hour shift, and be willing to travel valley wide frequently - (state wide on occasion). Must have basic computer skills. Will also be monitoring closed circuit television. Agents may also assist in general loss prevention functions to include: safety, inventory, and internal theft investigations.
