Agent Field Manager - Birmingham

 

A well established industry leader experiencing explosive growth is searching for a success driven individual.

 

This is a unique opportunity within the asset recovery field, in an influential management position requiring leadership, professionalism and creativity. The ideal candidate must possess a high level of leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising a minimum of 10 subordinates over 5 plus years. The individual must have a clean driving record, be able to multi-task in and out of an office, and will have a proven record in policy and procedure creation and implementation, along with strong communication and computer skills. A military or law enforcement background is beneficial.

 

Individual would be responsible for working in the field with area agents, upholding the highest level of productivity and growth to meet the company and individual goals. They will ensure that the agents have a clear understanding of performance expectations, are properly trained and have the tools necessary to perform at the highest levels of productivity. In addition, individual will coach and mentor agents to ensure that agent goals are developed for their personal and professional growth. They will identify performance related issues, develop detailed plans for improvements and take formal action when goals are not achieved. Individual will report directly to the General Manager updating with progress reports in regards to quality and growth in a given territory. Extensive travel is required.
