Account Manager-Security Operations Position

Job Summary:

The Account Manager is responsible for establishing, maintaining  and ensuring that every account in their perspective region is properly serviced with the highest standards possible in our industry via the use of statistical methods and is held accountable for proper service levels on a daily basis. Must communicate with Regional Operations Manager and be able to build professional relationships in their prospective region with all clients.

 

Essential Functions:

 

· Manage field supervisors and review their operations logs daily.

· Visit clients on a daily basis and ensure for proper compliance on all service levels.

· Identify and analyze specific work related problems from the guard level on up.

· Communicate with scheduling department and strategize for best possible solution for type casting the right guard for the right account.

· Perform “in field” quality assurance visits and provide action plan to Regional Operations Manager for accounts in jeopardy.

· Assess field supervisor performance relative to quality management guidelines.

· Deliver concise, detailed reports on each account visit or client visit.

 

Job Skills:

 

· Must have strong verbal, problem solving and follow-up skills; and the ability to coordinate and perform several tasks simultaneously.

· Excellent inter personal and communication skills.

· A strong, clear writer, able to quickly and articulately prepare clear and appropriate correspondence and reports.

· Must possess excellent analytic skills.

· Must be able to plan, organize, control and coordinate people and or projects to accomplish organization goals.

· Must know Microsoft application.
