Website Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview

Highlights of position include responsibility for gathering and posting all information on Tri-anim website, identifying and designing site enhancements and working with internal programming staff on their implementation, training new salespeople on site use, providing customer support for key users and creating web-based marketing programs. Reports to Marketing Manager.

 Job Responsibilities

Identify, design and implement website improvements (40%)Work with Marketing Manager to report needed design changes and improvements Create wire frames of pages Work with IS programmers to facilitate changes and improvements Use HTML and Microsoft Visual SourceSafe to assist with making changes and improvements

 

Gather and post photographs, product literature, peer reviews, protocols and other information to the Tri-anim web site (30%)Contact manufacturer to locate appropriate individual Send specifications to appropriate individual Receive information from manufacturer When needed, crop and enhance photos using image editing software (Adobe Photoshop) Post information Using internal software, process automatically or manually (depending upon thoroughness/accuracy of information provided by manufacturer)

 

Maintain and update corporate information on the web site (10%)Work with Human Resources to keep employee list and usernames up-to-date Work with sales management, Human Resources Manager and Sales & Marketing Assistant to keep Career Opportunities up-to-date Work with Marketing Manager to update Press Releases, News and Makes a Difference stories Work with sales management to coordinate web site Special Offers for each division Use HTML and Microsoft Visual SourceSafe to maintain web site information

 

Assist customers and sales staff with all aspects of web site navigations and functions (10%)Assist customers and sales staff with registrations and username/password maintenance, template creation and maintenance, order processing and follow-up and general web site troubleshooting and FAQ

Recommend, create and implement web-based Marketing programs (10%)Work with Marketing Manager to determine products to promote Create and monitor effectiveness targeted e-mail campaigns using opt-in registration site information

 

Qualifications

·  Minimum two years experience in web site management, oversight and/or development.

·  College degree preferred

·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·  Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, HTML and Adobe Photoshop

·  Basic graphic design
