The Producer position manages all details of custom content executions that are sponsored by our clients to run on MySpace.com.

This position can be in LA or New York
Duties:

• Primary point of contact with clients and internal teams on all creative, custom executions for entire length of campaign, from project kick-off to completion.
• Leads kick-off calls to identify goals of campaign and brainstorms ideas to better accomplish clients’ objectives.
• Work closely with graphic designers and internal tech team to accomplish project requirements within specified timeframes.
• Defines and communicates project goals and drafts rough mocks to creative services team.
• Identifies technical needs and specifications and works closely with tech team during the implementation and testing phase.
• Maintains production schedule on daily basis for creative services and weekly for all other departments.
• Works closely with sales person to prevent and/or resolve any potential issues
• Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:
• 3-4 years experience managing simultaneous projects and demonstrated team leadership abilities in fast-paced, innovative, creative environment
• Prior experience in agency, marketing, creative services, media or online company
• Exceptional client relationship skills with Fortune 1000 companies
• Proven ability managing web-based interaction design and technical development, graphic design
• Basic knowledge of web technologies, including HTML /Flash/css
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well with a variety of personalities and work styles.
• Strong attention to detail
• High energy individual
• Ability to think creatively and outside the square
• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree
