Program Manager, MAPS

Position Description:

The Media Application Platform Services team is seeking to hire a seasoned professional to work as a Program Manager on our Commerce team focusing on billing initiatives. .As RealNetworks embarks on more integrated billing initiatives, continues its international expansion and the overall electronic payments space becomes more complex, it has become essential to put more focus on this area.

Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Minimum:

•Experience with on line payment systems.
•Knowledge of the backed components of ecommerce systems.
•Understanding of consumer payment methods in multiple currencies and countries.
•Excellent communicator
•General familiarity with applications software support in a Linux environment
•Knowledge of SQL and ability to formulate fairly complex queries
•Ability to do financial modeling
•Ability to understand business requirements and implications
•Excellent organizational/time management skills
•Analytical, mathematical and/or technical aptitude.
•Demonstrated flexibility and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
•Attention to detail
•Demonstrated interest in financial analysis

Preferred:
•Experience with recurring billing
•International payments expertise
