Internet Production Assistant

The Internet department is seeking a qualified Internet Production Assistant to provide daily and weekly updates to the Hottopic.com and Torrid.com websites and support the merchandising goals of the concepts. The Internet Production Assistant will work with copywriters and graphic artists to create and upload new content for the websites and input and update data-driven features as needed. This individual will also be responsible for working with the merchant team to create and launch weekly e-mail blasts, publish all required images and content using proper quality control standards, and support the Manager of Internet Productions on daily and weekly updates to ensure all deliverables are received and published according to schedules.

Requirements:
1-2 years experience developing Web site content with HTML and JavaScript.
Experience working in a Web production environment with a production team (i.e., no personal projects).
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment.
Knowledge of both Hot Topic and Torrid websites.
Knowledge of Flash, ASP or JSP helpful, but not required.
