We are a well-established web hosting company based in West LA that specializes in high-end clients in artistic and creative market spaces. We have recently added some large, brand-name clients to our roster so we need to expand. We are currently looking for technical support reps. to assist our clients with service and product questions as well as ticket resolution.



The ideal candidate must have experience with:

- Web hosting environments

- Customer support over the phone



We would prefer:

- Linux experience in a professional environment

- A Proactive, "can-do" attitude

- The ability to learn and absorb new information quickly.
