The position is located in our Tempe, Arizona Claims Branch.

In this position you will be responsible for:

  Investigation, evaluation and settlement of auto theft claims based upon theft related damage of recovered vehicles and current value of un-recovered vehicles.  Claims are typically resolved within a 30-day period due to the volatile nature of auto theft.

  Assumes other responsibilities as directed.

A successful candidate will have:

  The written and verbal communication skills to proofread and edit routine forms, reports and business correspondence as well as explain company policies and procedures and respond to routine inquiries.

  Knowledge of proper office procedures to perform duties.

  Constant attention to detail and accuracy in work.

This position requires a High School Diploma and two – three (2-3) years of adjusting experience.
