Senior Casualty Claim Representative/Litigation Specialist

Performs a combination of the following duties:

 Evaluation and settlement of private passenger auto and public auto bodily injury claims.Work with attorneys at all levels (pre and post litigation) in resolving disputed claim issues.Direct defense attorneys throughout the litigation process in accordance with corporate objectives.

 

 

Qualifications:

 Minimum of 5 years in a claim representative capacity within the insurance industry with non-standard automobile experience and public auto preferred.Hands-on experience in dealing with attorney’s and proven effectiveness in the resolution of claims.Thorough understanding of soft tissue dynamics and their evaluation/disposition.Experience with both lower limit and high limit policies a plus.  Bachelors Degree or higher.Strong PC Skills.Effective communication, negotiation and organizational skills.Multi-state auto liability experience is preferred.Excellent oral and written communication skills.
