Our Liability Claims Representatives:

· Will investigate, determine liability, confirm coverage, establish damages on personal injury claims, and negotiate the settlement of claims within an assigned territory.

· Work closely with policyholders, claimants, agents, members of the medical profession

 

Territories: We are looking for Liability CR's in the Birmingham & Montgomery, AL areas. Please specify which location you are intersted in when applying.

Qualifications:

Four-year college degree is required to apply for this position

Minimum 1 year work experience in the insurance industry

Excellent customer service and communication skills and sound judgment and decision making skills

Valid driver's license, bondable, computer proficiency

Familiarity with medical terminology helpful

Must pass pre-employment assessments and be able to attend a 3 week off-site training course

Spanish Speaking skills are a plus! These candidates will receive extra compensation for Spanish speaking abilities.
