Qualifications:

 Seeking outstanding individual to work as an Outside Sales Associate in new Nationwide Insurance agency in Anthem  Candidate must be outgoing and driven to succeed in a competitive environment with products that rank among the best in the industry. Unique opportunity to launch a career with limitless income potential. P&C license preferred but not mandatory. Prior sales experience extremely valuable. Initial base salary transitioning to full commission status. Sales and service assistant provided.

 

Job Purpose:

Build business within identified markets, targeting commercial and auto customers.

 

Duties:Develop prospects through an organized agency direct solicitation program, identify business opportunities using contacts and databases and establish affiliations through community affairs, affiliations and other contacts.Develop all information and recommendations for prospective accounts, present proposals and adhere to agency policies and procedures for writing a new product.Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; research and recommend new opportunities.Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing Nationwide Insurance standards.
