Maintenance II

CITY: Mobile STATE: Alabama COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
1. Perform needed repairs (i.e. carpentry and painting and/or electrical or plumbing)
2. Clean modular unit with industrial strength products
3. Inspect modular units and recommend repairs to meet business standards
4. Perform repairs, maintenance, and cleaning on branch facility/yard as required
5. Enter job scope and time into computer and complete inspection and repair paperwork
6. Operated onsite vehicles to move parts or equipment
7. Operated service trucks as needed to pick up and/or deliver parts or equipment
8. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Has minimum of 5 years of general maintenance/carpentry experience
2. Has knowledge of carpentry and painting and/or electrical systems or plumbing
3. Focused on customer service
4. Prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines
5. Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
6. Perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision
7. Show up for work as scheduled and on time
8. Work with others in a professional manner
9. Work in accordance with established safety procedures
10. Has basic reading and writing skills
11. Has basic computer skills and can learn new systems
12. Hold a Valid Driver's License
13. Work overtime as needed

Desired:
1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Manual construction and/or multi-modular unit experience
