Leader Field Service - Birmingham, AL.

Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) has an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Leader / Manager within our Birmingham Alabama branch.

The successful candidate will lead the service team in providing best in class service processes for maintenance customers. Develop skills, information and service level necessary for the delivery of preventive, scheduled and emergency services in a timely manner at planned service gross margins.
Strong customer relationship skills and financial knowledge are needed.


An operations manager with mechanical and automation experience coupled with prior supervision of 25 - 30 mechanical and electrical contractors would be optimal.


 


This person will;


Ensure the achievement of prescribed margin and customer Responsiveness levels (Spot, Small Jobs and Maintenance Agreements) and consistent process implementation.
Ensure the achievement of customer satisfaction and contract retention goals.
Ensure employee development, performance management and team motivation.


 



Basic Qualifications:

 

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and management experience.

Minimum three years of experience in team leadership role.

 

Additional Qualifications:

 

Thorough knowledge of Commercial Field operations and financial processes. Demonstrate ability to lead a team.

Primary orientation towards process/systems, speed, cost, quality and customer value creation, and results.

Cognitive, skills: analytical and problem solving skills, as well as ability to provide sound and reliable judgment in complex situations.

Ability to motivate and build high performance, cross functional teams.

Knowledge of fire & safety codes and standards
