Web Developer - Birmingham
Citation Corporation, a manufacturer of cast, forged and machined components for automotive and industrial uses, is seeking a Web Developer in our Birmingham Corporate office. This position's responsibilities include coordinating and participating in the implementation, testing, and support of web-based projects using Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server, ASP.NET/C#, VB/COM, JavaScript, SQL, and the appropriate related software; programming, developing, and producing data-driven Internet, intranet and extranet applications; client consulting and project management to ensure the use of effective web-based technologies for enterprise business applications.
BS in Computer Science/MIS/Engineering or comparable training preferred. Three to five years of programming experience in ASP.NET/C#, VB/VBScript, SQL, HTML/XML, and ADO.NET Windows 2000/2003, IIS, and SQL Server 2005 experience strongly preferred. Familiarity with SharePoint development and full development life cycle experience a plus.
