Sr. Professional Services Tech

Responsible for a variety of video conferencing and web event support duties for assigned area in accordance to departmental and client guidelines, standards, and established timeframes; provide inbound call support for web-based and video products and services; respond to customer's technical and product inquiries via phone or email with a sense of urgency, following request and/or issue from beginning-to-end, ensuring proper resolution of each; escalate to supervisor those issues outside of employees control; schedule web or video events as requested by customer or sales representative.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED
Minimum six months PC support, help desk, or related technical experience
Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
Prior experience with the World Wide Web and various web browsers (e.g., Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, etc.)
Prior experience with video capturing and conversion software preferred
