Location:  Huntsville, AL 

 

Program Management of a Federal Government Human Capital Management Office contract.  (Multi-year project)



Responsibilities:

- Possess primary accountability for the overall success of the Contract

- Serves as overall engagement manager, and shall be the authorized interface with the Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officers Technical Representative (COTR), government management personnel, customer representatives as well as contractor/subcontractor management and staff

- Formulates and enforces defined processes, procedures and work standards

- Reviews and approves all project plans and schedules

- Ensures all projects are on-time and within budget constraints

- Provides presentations and reports of work status (i.e., cost, schedule and control) to senior management and client

- Communicates policies, purposes, and goals of the organization and mission to subordinates

 

Requirements:

- Minimum of 10 years of successful program management experience including government contracts, or direct government experience

- Broad human capital background, including policy and policy development, operations, recruiting, etc.

- Bachelor's degree

- PMP Certification highly desirable

- Ability to obtain and maintain a Government security clearance

- Proficiency in MS Office applications including MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
