5-7 years of relevant IT experience. Very good interpersonal skills, excellent problem solving skills, strong customer orientation, good written and verbal communication skills, good technical writing skills, quick learner and adaptable to new environments and assignments, organization skills and ability to work independently without supervision. 

 

Assignment Details:

Must perform analysis, gather requirements and analyze those requirements then create Technical Specs based on those requirements.  Will be interacting with the RiteSource Groups as well.  Customers are Accounts Payables and Finance.  Fiance background with Accounts Payable would be a difinate plus. 

Formulates and defines system scope and objectives base on user needs. Devises or modify procedures to resolve complex problems taking into consideration computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form desired results. Prepare detail a specification from which programs is written. Responsible for reviews, analysis, and modification of programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging, installing, and documenting for a large-scale mainframe computer system. Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of application systems analysis/programming activities. Demonstrate expertise in a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complex tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. May guide various groups on application systems activities. Work under general directions; typically reports to a team lead or supervisor/manager. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and eight plus years of experience in the field or in a related
area.

The Candidate will be responsible for production support and maintenance of the RECAP and ICBS Mainframe application. Attend Monthly customer meetings and provide issue resolutions. Candidate will be responsible for developing, documenting and testing the RECAP and ICBS applications for Sarbanes Oxley Compliance for ITGC and Automated Application Controls. The candidate will be interfacing with the Ritesoucing Vendor Contacts for the applications. The candidate will be the key Business Consultant interacting with the Accounts Payables customers to understand the business requirements for maintenance and enhancement activities. The candidate is required to have a thorough understanding of project management activities. Full Software developemnt life cycle right from Analysis and design to Programming and acceptance testing. Must have development experience in more cobol and little Java. Must be able to work from minimal specs and have high acceptance for change. Some customer interaction may be required. Design innovative Capacity business process and document using IDS Houston project
management documentation tools. Must know Chrysler software test environments and be able to write and debug software code quickly.
