The Position…

As a member of the Executive Committee, the Director of Human Resources will develop Human Resources strategies and initiatives for this 35 million dollar company. The Director will manage the Human Resources staff and ensure successful implementation of Human Resources Programs.

 

Required Experience…

Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field, 7 years Human Resources Management experience; Experience in a manufacturing plant environment desired. Must have strong background in staff training and development! Problem-solving, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are all key to success in this role. Proven experience in Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Safety, and Labor Law also required.
