Technical Staffing Consultant (Contract)

Job Description: Consults with management to accomplish strategic initiatives and develop highly integrated solutions as it relates to staffing. Leads local and remote recruitment efforts for a variety of business lines and skill sets. Responsible for recruitment of senior technical (manager/professional) level positions. Uses highly advanced knowledge of technology and methodologies to acquire talent (i.e. Internet sourcing, networking, cold calling, company database sourcing). Partners with management to screen/select qualified diverse applicants, and manages candidate workflow. Seeks out unique opportunities to enhance partnering relationships with internal and external groups and various advertising mediums to establish a network and to create diverse candidate referrals. Recognizes sales and service possibilities that increase depth of customer relationships. Demonstrates flexibility in approach and situation, working with all types/levels of people and changes across the organization

Note: THIS IS A NON-EMPLOYEE POSITION AND THE CONTRACTOR WILL BE PAY ROLLED THROUGH A THIRD PARTY VENDOR. THERE ARE TWO POSITIONS AVAILABLE. THE CONTRACT ASSIGNMENT IS PROJECTED TO BE SIX MONTHS OR LONGER BASED ON BUSINESS NEED.


Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of technical/professional level recruiting experience. Experience managing full life cycle recruiting, to include various sourcing techniques. Demonstrated proficiency with various search techniques on the Internet and utilizing resume databases. Working knowledge of MS Office Suite. Demonstrated excellence in delivering exceptional customer service and leadership skills. Extensive knowledge of employment laws, policies, processes and procedures. Exceptional communication (oral/written) and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships. Can be counted on to drive for outstanding results. Team player with a high sense of urgency. Strong organizational and multi tasking abilities are essential.


Preferred Skills: BA Degree or equivalent, PHR/SPHR certified, versed in Boolean Logic, AIRS training
