Aerospace/Technical Recruiter-Honeywell-Glendale Arizona

Candidate will report to the manager of staffing for engineering and business functions and provides project management and talent acquisition management for engineering positions for the Orion Crew Exploration Vehicle team within Honeywell Aerospace.

Responsibilities include:
Building working relationships with key work partners including hiring Managers, HR partners and Staffing partners.
Help managers define and create effective requisitions within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Achieve monthly hiring goals.
Manage requisitions within applicant tracking system for assigned positions.
Manage internal and external candidates through recruiting process.
Bring creative solutions to hard to fill positions.

Bachelors degree in business or engineering fields
2-3 years of technical recruiting, preferably in Aerospace industy
5-7 years of corporate recruiting experience in a technical environment
Demonstrated sourcing and recruiting skills
Excellent business communication skills
Excellent with MS Office and Internet tools
