Job Description
As the Senior Human Resources Representative, you will assist management in building a diverse and talented team at 2Wire's Customer Care and Call Center. This position will find opportunities to improve and develop solid relations among team members.
This position requires hands-on employee relations experience with the ability to diplomatically and fairly resolves issues. This key HR position will work on developing and implementing human resources policies and procedures and advising all levels of management at the Call Center facility. As the HR Representative, this position will handle confidential personnel issues with management and staff that will look to this position to provide guidance on HR related matters.
This position will ensure consistent legal compliance in all HR processes, safety needs, and policy development refining them as needed. Working closely with management, the HR Representative will conduct organizational assessments to identify key skills and competencies needed to drive business strategy.
This position will also oversee recruiting programs and drive recruitment strategy. As the key HR point person, this position will assist employees in addressing benefits and payroll questions, report HR metrics to management and manage projects that accomplish established HR objectives within budget and schedule.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6-8 years Human Resources experience.
- Must have solid employment labor law knowledge as well as a sound understanding of benefits programs.
- The ability to maintain and ensure confidentiality is critical.
- Must have proven experience identifying team relation challenges and finding ways to overcome them.
- Must be able to demonstrate prudent judgment and decision-making with the ability to instill common sense in others.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment in growth mode.
- Demonstrated decision-making skills and the ability to use good judgment when handling issues.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical as is the ability to work in a distributed work environment.
- A high level of personal organization and flexibility along with proficiency in MS Office applications and web-based recruiting tools.
Education
BA/BS Degree or equivalent required. MBA, MA, or SPHR preferred.
