DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



Recruiting, Talent Acquisition and Employment

·  Manage all talent acquisition/recruiting programs for the organization

·  Develop effective recruiting strategies needed for talent acquisition

·  Manage the new hire orientation program to ensure new employees are quickly assimilated into the organization

·  Assist managers in identifying and helping employees pursue their desired career paths

·  Work closely with managers to support a high-performing organization

 

Employee Relations/Communications

·  Establish effective communication channels; ensure employees receive appropriate company-wide information through a variety of media (verbal, email, Intranet, etc)

·  Be an objective advocate/liaison for employees and managers

 

Compliance

·  Assist to develop appropriate programs, policies and procedures that comply with all legal requirements and help retain a positive environment

·  Keep abreast of changing employment laws and regulations

 

Compensation, Benefits & HRIS/Reporting

·  Assist in developing and maintaining a competitive and fair total compensation structure

·  Assist to establish and maintain a competitive health/benefit programs

·  Work closely with Payroll to ensure proper data transfer and reporting

·  Manage internal system reporting, tracking and metrics

 

Project Work & Process Improvement

·  Manage multiple projects to implement new programs through research, reengineering and continuous improvement methodologies

·  Assist to identify best practices and processes that help to support the growth of the organization

 

QUALIFICATIONS

·  Bachelors degree in related field (Human Resources; Organizational Development)

·  PHR/SPHR

·  Minimum of six years experience in a human resources generalist role

·  Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations

·  Must have impeccable written communication skills

·  A team builder with exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills

·  Must be proactive and forward-thinking

·  Strong analytical and organizational skills

·  Must be able to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
