Human Resources Generalist

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Recruit for ADTRAN Carrier Networks Division, Accounting, IT and Supply Chain.  Conduct phone screens and on site interviews.  Initiate new hire paperwork to candidates.  Manage employee relations issues.  Participate in University recruiting process, (to include attending campus career fairs, company campus presentations, and on campus interviews)

Assist employees with immigration process.  Support New Hire Orientation.  Comply with EEO/AAP processes & procedures.  Conduct Manager’s meetings. 

 

Requirements:

 

Must be proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point. Must have good communication skills.

Must be proficient with applying Employment Law Guidelines.

 

Desired Education:

 

Bachelors Degree in Business or Human Resources required.
