Human Resources - Employee Relations - Northern Alabama

Our Client is seeking an: Employee Relations Specialist.
This is a direct hire position.

A Bachelor degree in HR, IR, LR, or related experience

You will need at least 3 to 7 yrs. in a manufacturing HR environment.

** PLEASE NOTE: This is not your normal Human Resources job **

The facility works on a 2 shift, 2 week rotational basis, and the position requires you to be 70% on the manufacturing floor, i.e. you have to go to the Team Members, not the Team Members to you''''.

You must have prior experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
Proven experience in supporting activities related to positive employee relations, developing HR proposals, reports and communications, and project management a plus.
