Human Resources Assistant

 Talen Tree is currently seeking ambitious, self motivated HR Assistants to work with our client, a leading Hotel & Resort Corporation in Central Phoenix!</P>
<P> </P>
<P>The ideal person will provide administrative support to the Human Resources/Recruiting team -Responsibilities include but are not limited to: travel arrangements, mail distribution, word processing, preparation of Power Point presentations and other materials, filing, vendor screening.</P>
<P>Assisting the recruitment team on special projects, checking references, creating recruiting advertisements, generating recruiting reports, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.<BR>Database input and maintenance, interacting with candidates throughout the recruiting process, providing<BR>phone coverage, and other administrative responsibilities as needed.<BR><BR><STRONG><FONT size=3>Requirements -</FONT></STRONG> At least one year of experience, preferably in Human Resources, or administrative environment.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<BR>Strong time management, follow through and organizational skills, demonstrated experience working in a<BR>fast-paced team environment handling multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy.  High level of analytical, assessment and judgment skills.  Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, Access and Internet Explorer.  Ability to handle confidential information.<BR>Previous experience with an applicant tracking system helpful!</P>
