Human Resource Manager

Juneau Youth Services is recruiting for a Human Resource Manager responsible for all agency personnel related issues. This position ensures all policies and practices comply with state and federal laws and are consistently executed, provides insight and guidance to management on employment issues, acting as a resource to employees, coordination of orientation/training, administers benefit programs, and maintains all personnel files.





Requirements include a business background and exp. in HR or a combination of education, experience and training that yields the same expertise.
