We are currently seeking a Recruiter for our Regional Office in Phoenix, Arizona.

 

Job Description

This position will be responsible for:Recruiting all Property Managers, Regional Managers, and Regional Sales Managers for the West Region and any other open positions in the Regional office Developing effective recruitment sources and maintaining outside networking relationshipsScreening resumes and applications, conduct phone screening and interviewsServe as liaison between managers and external/internal applicants throughout the hiring processAssisting corporate managers and field managers in determining job specifications and preparing job descriptions

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 2-3 years of full cycle recruiting experience in a large organizationBachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field  Excellent oral and written communication skillsMust have ability to work well with all levels of the organization
