Chief Engineer

The Hilton Milwaukee City Center, a full-service hotel with 730 guest rooms, 34,000 sq. ft. of meeting space and a 20,000 sq. ft. indoor Waterpark in downtown Milwaukee is seeking a Chief Engineer. This role is responsible for managing the day to day operations of a unionized maintenance dept, to include coordination and supervision of P.M. programs and contract maintenance and capital improvements. Candidates must have experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration and be able to read blue prints and schematics.



The ideal candidate will have a positive can do attitude, excellent verbal and written communication skills and previous engineering and managerial experience.
