Responsibilities:

Administer the forecasting and scheduling activities for the Consumer Travel Service Delivery call center network. This includes, but is not limited to administering semi-annual shift bids, holiday shift bids, short term forecasting, strategic/long term forecasting, long term capacity planning, new hire class planning and scheduling, and setting agent vacation allowances/thresholds. This position will also perform various types of tactical and strategic workforce analyses and act as thought leader in presenting results to multiple levels of management in both written and verbal forms.

Required Qualifications:

Requires two or more years of forecasting and scheduling in a multi-site call center utilizing TCS/ASPECT/IEX or any comparable workforce management forecasting and scheduling software. Ability to manage multiple sensitive/critical tasks simultaneously to a successful outcome. Excellent technical and strong analystical skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve results. Proven experience in solving complex business problems with minimal supervision. Intermediate knowledge of spreadsheet and database applications. Demonstrated organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid interpersonal skills including the ability to work in a team environment. Knowledge of statistical or forecasting packages like SAS or Forecast-Pro is a plus. Call center experience in the travel industry is a plus.
