You will ensure that every apartment is ready for a guest move-in prior to arrival. This is critical to customer satisfaction and loyalty. We expect that each guest will feel comfortable in recommending and using Oakwood as their housing provider when future needs arise.

Responsibilities:
• Schedule new delivery, reset, property returns and maid service
• Inspect apartments for new guest stays and maid service compliance
• Supervise employees, including training, quality assurance and performance counseling
• Warehouse organization - cleanliness and orderliness
• Payroll input of all employees
• Inventory control including tracking and accountability
• Electronic inventory reconciliation
• Track deliveries and pick-ups
• Track and submit invoices
• Vehicle maintenance - facilitate routine and schedule major repairs
• Manage expenses to Budget and to actual client count
• Weekend/night emergency Pager Duty

We require an Associate’s degree and 2-4 years supervisory experience.
Good English written/verbal communication skills a must; Bi-lingual a plus.
