Excellent compensation
TheraTech Staffing's physical therapists earn very competitive pay rates ranging from $25 - $40 per hour. Pay rates vary depending on the assignment, location and your experience. While on assignment you will be paid by the TheraTech Staffing payroll department.

If you want to stay close to home, we even have assignments in your own back yard. Just choose a destination and leave the rest up to us!
Free, private deluxe housing
You are provided with free, private, furnished housing close to your work place. Once you accept an assignment, we will take care of all your housing needs. All you have to do is show up, collect your front door key and unpack your bags. If you decide to travel closer to home, we will provide you with a generous housing subsidy.
Licensure reimbursement
TheraTech Staffing reimburses its healthcare professionals for licensing fees that are incurred during their assignment.
Free medical insurance
TheraTech Staffing pays 100 percent of premium expenses for medical, dental and life insurance. Our group medical plan minimizes out-of-pocket costs and meets a wide range of healthcare needs.
Free dental insurance
The TheraTech Staffing dental insurance plan covers diagnostic and preventive procedures at 80 percent. Oral surgery, crowns and dentures are also covered as part of the plan.
Free life insurance
TheraTech Staffing healthcare professionals are provided with $10,000 of life and $10,000 of accidental death and dismemberment insurance coverage at no cost.

401(k) retirement plan and flexible spending accounts
TheraTech Staffing travelers are eligible to join our lucrative 401(k) plan, which includes matching employer contributions of 50 cents for each $1 you defer: up to 6 percent of your salary after 1,000 hours of continued service. A variety of nationally known stock, bond and money market funds are available for your retirement investing through the Principal Financial Group. Annually, you may contribute up to 50 percent of your salary or $12,000, whichever is less.
