Immediate Opening: Director of Innovative Senior Care / Huntsville, AL/ (PT/OT/SLP) 

The Director of Innovative Senior Care will oversee therapy operations in Birmingham, AL.  Candidates must have previous multi site management experience working with Independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing settings therapy programs with PT, OT and SLP.  Candidate must be a Licensed Physical, Occupational or Speech therapist.
