Director of Rehab Services

Noland Health Services, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to identifying and meeting the health needs of the people and communities it serves by providing high quality health and educational services in a compassionate, efficient, and effective manner. The organization is a pioneer in establishing special services and programs to meet the needs of the elderly and other unique patient populations. Noland Health Services has locations throughout Alabama.

 

Manages the operation of the Rehab Services Department according to the hospital and departmental policies and procedures and JCAHO standards and requirements.  Supervises and assumes responsibility for education of departmental employees.  Coordinates care administered by the department so that patients, adult and geriatric, are treated appropriately.

 

Bachelor’s degree from an American Physical Therapy Association accredited Physical Therapy program.  Master’s degree preferred.  Current licensure to practice as Physical Therapist in the State of Alabama.  Minimum of three (3) years management supervisory experience with a minimum of five (5) years experience as a staff physical therapist.  Must be CPR certified within 30 days of employment.
