SAINT JOHNS CHILD AND FAMILY DEVELOPMENT CENTER (CFDC) is a private, non-profit community-based center, which has been providing a comprehensive range of mental health, developmental, educational, and outreach services in response to community needs since 1962. The position is sited in a multidisciplinary outpatient child-centered, family-focused community mental health clinic, well known in the community for the quality and breadth of clinical and educational services to families.

 

The Saint John's Health Center is currently seeking a CA Licensed Social Worker

 

Provide culturally-sensitive, school-based mental health services to at-risk youth. Demonstrated experience in doing mental health evaluations, crisis intervention, child and family treatment, group therapy, and collaboration with school systems. Must be able to relate to and programmatically respond to, at risk youth and their families from diverse I cultural groups. Bilingual (Spanish-English) and bicultural preferred. Previous experience working within school systems or PPSC preferred.
