The In Home Outreach Counselor is responsible for evaluating the client’s psychosocial needs and provides ongoing case management services to help the client to reach desired goals and maintain an adequate level of functioning.REQUIREMENTSMaster’s in social work or related field. At least one (1) year of experience working with low-income children and families as well as knowledge of child abuse and crisis intervention. Must be bi-lingual Spanish speaking

Preferred Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Child Abuse/Crisis Intervention Techniques. Feels comfortable working in low-income communities with children 0-5 years.
