Clinic Director

 

The Clinic Director reports directly to the Regional Director.  The Clinic Director is responsible for the development and implementation of all clinic policies and procedures including public affairs and community relations.  The individual is responsible for submitting protocols, protocol amendments, and reports to the State and / or Federal Departments as required and in full agreement with the Clinic Sponsor(s).  He / She will also be responsible for integrating staff services as described in clinic protocol / operations manual.  The Clinic Director is responsible for providing training and supervision of all staff.

 

The Clinic Director is responsible for the security of medications, patient records, employee records and any other documentation deemed necessary by the Clinic Sponsor, the FDA, DEA and/or State ADP.

 

The qualified candidate should have a Master's degree with at least 2 years of administrative experience. Knowledge of substance abuse treatment preferred. Overall, the Director is responsible for the clinical, medical, fiscal/budget, marketing, and human resources management of the program. Candidate must also have multi-tasking ability and detail orientated skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

 

The candidate must also posses’ strong professional qualities, multi-tasking ability and detail orientated skills.  Computer usage in MS Office is a must with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
