Casework Supervisor

DESCRIPTION

Assigns and schedules Caseworkers to cases requiring therapeutic foster care casework services. Ensure that quality care is provided. Provides administrative guidance and supervision to the Caseworkers under the direction of the Regional Director. Monitors utilization of resources to provide cost effective care. Functions as a Caseworker on assigned cases.REQUIREMENTS

Graduate of college or university accredited by the Council on Social Work Education with a Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work required. Three or more years experience providing casework service to children and their families, including one year as a supervisor in casework services.
